For parents, seniors, and the people who care about them

Technology help when
you cannot be there.

A limited founding pilot for families who want a patient, familiar technology contact for a parent or household in Oklahoma. One-time senior technology help remains available without joining a plan.

Common reasons to call

Is this the right help?

  • An older parent who needs patient, judgment-free technology help
  • Family members who live too far away to handle every problem
  • Recurring questions about email, printers, updates, or video calls
  • Scam awareness and safer everyday account habits
  • A familiar person to call instead of starting over each time
  • Households that want defined support without an unlimited contract

What is included

Practical help, clearly explained.

This is a limited pilot, not unlimited support, emergency monitoring, or a guarantee against scams or device failure. On-site visits, paid software, parts, and work beyond the written allowance are priced separately.

01

Defined remote help

A written monthly support allowance for routine troubleshooting. Additional time is quoted before it is used.

02

Priority scheduling

Pilot members receive earlier access to available appointment times; emergency or round-the-clock service is not included.

03

Quarterly check-in

A brief scheduled review of updates, backups, security concerns, and recurring frustrations.

04

Family communication

With the customer’s permission, an approved family contact can receive a plain-language summary of completed work.

What to expect

A straightforward path to a solution.

We begin with the problem you see, explain the practical options, and ask for approval before paid work starts.

1

Meet first

A free consultation confirms the household’s needs, comfort level, devices, and approved family contacts.

2

Define the pilot

Coverage, response expectations, included time, exclusions, and cancellation terms are put in writing.

3

Begin carefully

Support starts with the highest-priority issues and always requires the customer’s permission.

4

Review the fit

We review usefulness and support time before the pilot renews or expands.
