Attended, one-time access

Remote help.
On your terms.

Use this page only after you have contacted 46 Networks and agreed to begin a remote session. You choose when access starts, you can watch everything, and you can disconnect at any time.

Four clear steps

Connect only when you are ready.

Chrome Remote Desktop uses a temporary, one-time support code. Google states that remote desktop sessions are fully encrypted.

1Contact us

Talk with 46 Networks

Call or text first. We will confirm the problem, the expected session, and the estimated cost before connecting.

2Open the official tool

Go to Google support

Use the button below. If prompted, follow Google’s instructions to download the official Chrome Remote Desktop support component.

3Create access

Generate a one-time code

Under Get Support, choose Generate Code. Share the code only with the 46 Networks technician you are speaking with.

4Approve and observe

Select Share

Confirm the technician’s email when Google asks. Keep the session visible and choose Stop Sharing whenever you want to end access.

Your safety rules

Stop if anything feels wrong.

Never share passwords

Type passwords yourself when necessary. Do not read them aloud, text them, email them, or place them in the website form.

Never open banking

Close banking, investments, medical portals, tax files, and password managers before the session begins.

Never pay under pressure

46 Networks will never demand gift cards, cryptocurrency, wire transfers, or urgent payment to “protect” your money.

End access instantly

Choose Stop Sharing or close the Chrome Remote Desktop tab. The one-time code cannot be reused for another session.

When the session ends

Access ends with you.

Close the remote-support tab and confirm the session is disconnected. If software was installed only for troubleshooting, ask whether it should be removed. You will receive a clear summary of any recommended next steps.
